No expirience but also pudendal neuralgia . Can you sit ? . From 2014 on i don t sit anymore only on my knees on a yogabench my pain reduced 50% because of the no sitting and oxy. Its diffecult living withour sitting but the pain was worst. Compassion that you also have problems with pudendal
