Period pain

Just passed massive clots, I am taking iron although I don't think I can keep with loss.

Used 35 napkins Taking tranexamic acid for bleeding.

Says for four days only, I only took twice a day. Any advice, passed a clot size of two cherry tomatoes.

I used to used 59 napkins per cycle

Clots can be quite worrying. They look so large and red! You didn't mention your age. May I ask if you are at the menopause stage? I've heard that clots are quite common during menopause. I had some huge clots, then they stopped almost as suddenly as they had started. Hang on in there, even though it seems as if it's never going to end.

I have massive clots when taking the tranemic acid, bigger than a cherry tomatoes. I have heavy periods and take iron tablets. I would *not*worry too much about the size of the clot, that’s what the tranemic acid does makes the blood clot up.

No it’s not bad or dangerous, since your the iron tablets seems like the underlying issues are being investigated
