Pelvic tilt causing leg pain??

Hi!

I've been having leg pain a dull ache, weakness and also burning sensations in my hips and knee. I went to a physio who said I had a slipped pelvis and this was causing the pain in my leg. She fixed it and 3 weeks on the pain is no better. I also get pins and needles and my muscles spasm/twitch mainly in my bum. Anyone had similar experience? Doctor is stumped/not concerned and just tells me to take pain killers 😣

Has anyone suggested gluteal tendinopathy? Your symptoms sound similar to mine and that is what I’ve been diagnosed with. It’s taken two years to get a diagnosis and there is still a bit of a question mark over it. Do certain movements trigger the pain? I would suggest keeping a pain and activity diary for a couple of weeks to see what triggers things. Eg what side do you sleep on? Have you spent a lot of time sitting or driving? Have you done any exercises eg squats that have triggered pain. Also is the hip pain on the outside by the hip socket? Just some ideas.

I just saw a chiropractor this week. He’s specialized in pelvic floor issues. . He noticed my sacrum being out of line or tilted or something. I had a lot of muscle pain the day after, but I’m actually feeling some relieve now. I also told him about my hamstring and it’s all connected.

I too had success with chiropractic care she worked on my scrum as well I now only have to go once every 2 or 3 months I also find that a door tissue massage helps

Do you know what caused your pain? Mine was caused by falling and fracturing my upper femur. That is totally healed now, but am left with pain in my left buttocks and left upper inner thigh. I've had many scans, MRI's, went to regular PT, a chiropractor, and am now going to a pelvic floor physical therapist as some deeper muscles can only be reached vaginally/rectally. After 8 weeks it seems to be starting to work along with the at home yoga stretches and diaphragmatic breathing prescribed by my therapist. It takes a long time for the muscles and nerves to start playing nicely again with each other. Stay positive and you will find something that works. Doctors don't seem to know much about pain problems, usually just prescribe pain meds which are helpful in the beginning, but no one wants to live on those the rest of their lives. Good luck!

I have the same symptoms. I think mine is due to endometreosis. My pain triggers 1 week before my cycle, carries on 1 week during cycle and 1 week after cycle. The remaining week I still have pain but it is very dull and not so strong. I think it is the endometreosis putting pressure on the sciatica nerve or other nerves and then these symptoms appear.
