I have been diagnosed with prolapse, I can feel a bulge when I strain and a heaviness under my tailbone area it can get sore if sitting for a long time . The gyno has said theres nothing can be done, it is uncomfortable most of the time, especially around my period. So confused

I am under doctor with bladder prolapse am insisting to see a gynaecologist or urologist as am on my feet working am very very uncomfortable , bloated nausea and stomach area huge by the evening .

Look up Hypopressive exercises. They can be great for symptoms of prolapse and even reverse it. Doctors and P.T don't have much knowledge about it. I'm on week 4 of a ten week and already feeling an improvement. Especially with constipation, bloating and discomfort. There are non invasive things you can do.
