Possible pudendal neuralgia

I been getting mild burning to my anus, pain in penis testicles and pelvic but this is on and off and only occur after erection.

Is this normal and serious and how long it takes for pain to reappear after subsiding.

I think I have suffer from neuropathy pain. I live in uk and specialist appointment not due till Oct.

Yeah sounds like some pudental neuralgia. pain so some nerves are not happy in there... I personally think the best place to start is a pelvic floor physical therapist and get an assessment because they usually know more than doctors about this kind of thing ...I myself had to take some nerve pain meds to stop the burning so low dose gabapentin... You could try some naturopathic nerve medication which they sell online or a health store some people do quite well on that... Along with vitamin b complex
