Yes - I am 56 (12 years post menopausal) and for some reason I grew a large ovarian fibroid that needed to be removed. I had the davinci single site laparoscopic removal of my left ovary and fallopian tube last May. They are not sure why this grew at this point in my life???
I thought we were done with fibroids at this point , but apparently not😊. Mine are uterine fibroids, but the same surgery has been recommended for me.
