Genitofermoral Neuralgia

Hi I was wondering if anyone has been diagnosed Genitofermoral Neuralgia and had a relapse of pain after receiving steroid injections in that nerve? If so how did you cope as I am doing physio weekly for my legs in particular my left leg as it feels like it’s been paralysed. I can’t walk normally as I limp on the left side now. I am trying CBD cream and oil to see if that will help. I’m also taking naproxen and gabapentin as well as co codamol for pain relief.

It would be great to hear from people in the same boat as it’s really hard to be trapped in the NHS system without getting any help as I’m paying to see pain doctors and physio privately as I’m getting nowhere close to get a referral dates at hospitals in my area.

Thanks

Yas
