Many years of what was diagnosed as pelvic floor prolapse ranging from uterine prolapse (removed), bladder prolapse (uphold mesh and urethral sling); rectal prolapse (Ripstein procedure 1979/removed in 1996); anorectal prolapse /intersuccession reoccurred after Ripstein removed. Fecal and urinary incontinence continues with a vengeance. Can anyone help me?

I am supported by my specialist women's physio, for severe bowel disorder and urinary incontinence. I have recently had bladder neck injections with a 60% improvement, will be getting a top up to see if we can improve function a bit more.
I also get botox injections into pubirectalis muscle for pelvic floor spasms which in turn affects my bowel. Success is minimal and short lasting but is worth the treatment.
Sorry to hear about all your surgeries, in total I've had 13 over the years and due to adhesions on bladder, bowel, pelvis and abdomen, further surgery is ruled out due to the serious risk of complications.
OPTIONS- CONDITION MANAGEMENT!! PHYSIO and medication and sheer determination to have some semblance of a normal life. I cry when pain overtakes my resolve and celebrate those rare days when I can briefly pretend to be a normal person by going out for lunch or just catch up with my family and friends.
I so hope you find a course of treatment that works for you and stay strong!!!!
