Has anyone tried dynamic contraction technique for pelvic pain?and if so how did it work?

Hello! I just started it 3 days ago and it has been the ONLY thing that has helped me. I have been to 20+ doctors, 5 different PT’s, had injections, blocks, acupuncture, dry needling and massage. Nothing has helped me and this is definitely helping.

I am not a sponsor for them and was desperate for pain relief

Dynamic Contraction Technique. Sadly you have to pay for the program. You can google or youtube Jane Hutchinson DCT and hear her story. They have you do exercises that no PT ever had me do. Like hang from a bar, it was amazing.
