Hi has anyone on here have heard of sacroilitis or a labral tear in the hip

Has any one had back pain and then shortly afterwards got pelvic flaw or pudendal neuralgia as the body works as a whole of it has to compensate in some places that means that place can be effected and for me before I had severe testicle pains

And pains in all pelvic region

I had constipation also I had lower back pain which they did do an mri scan and they found I had a hip problem

Basically sacroilitis with a labral tear in the hip area I'm wondering I this could have contributed to the problem I have possibly any help or info would help
