Weird symptoms

I was treated for a UTI a few weeks ago and since then have had similar sort of symptoms on and off for a few days at a time. Is this the UTI returning? Feels like a shooting pain straight up my bellybutton from my urethra, and peeing a lot but last sample came back mixed. I'm hesitant to say it's anything to do with my womb as I don't want the doctors to think I'm over complicating things but feels like something is always wrong as just as one thing gets cleared up (vulval dermatitis, ultrasounds), something else seems to happen and I don't want them to feel like I'm looking for an issue.

This sounds very familiar to my situation, and I was diagnosed with IC (Interstitial Cystitis). I take over the counter meds that really help (AZO Bladder).
