Hello,

I am new to the forum. I’ve been suffering from the pudendal nuralgia for five years now. This all started after the removal of my left bartholin gland. The pain comes out of no where. Sharp stabbing pains. Then my bladder starts to spasm. Can someone please tell me what’s makes it better. I have the baclophen, but how much can I take to make this flair up stop? Is there a cure for this? Any advise would be helpful.

The only med that really helps me is Valium, I try and use it when times are bad as I did developed a tolerance pretty quickly. I take 10mg when pain and anxiety are bad, also helps me sleep.
