Ovulation Failure at 22? Please help

Hello, i have recently been suffering from really hot flushes and missed menstrual cycle. I was sent for blood tests to check my FSH level and LH levels the results of this was FSH - 50.4 and LH 43.8 as they were very high and i am only 22 they repeated the bloods which came back as FSH - 25 and LH - 20 this was on day three of my period after not having a period for three months.I was then referred for an internal ultrasound which i had done privately instead yesterday where the results of that was all fine except my ovaries were quiet small measuring: Left ovary - length 2.14cm Width 2.12cm with only 5 antral folicles and the right ovary - length 1.19cm and width 1.39cm. is it likely that i am going through ovulation failure?

Lab tests performed:

FSH and LH Levels tested twice first was no period for three mobths results and repeated was on day three of my mestrual cycle.
