Where to take 3T MRI for PN?

Hello everyone.

I have had Pudendal Neuralgia for almost 4 years now and needless to say, it's hell.

The symptoms I have are very severe, and for that reason my quality of life gets worse as days go by.

I have decided to go see a specialist in Austria for the ultimate diagnostic that would confirm whether or not it is PN or PNE, and perhaps be evaluated for having the surgery.

He requested me to bring in a 3T MRI, however, since I relocated to the UK and from Italy very recently, I am not sure how and where to have this done.

I have read few threads here where cobalt was mentioned as clinic that used to do 3T MRI, however according to them they don't do and never done it.

I heard it is a very expensive exam, but is there a way to do it either with the SSN or like doing it in a private clinic or hospital and split the cost with the SSN maybe?

Hi,

I think there is somewhere in London that does these, but I am unable to say where. I have heard people on forums mention that they have had this in London. You could try a goggle search, or ask on another pudendal pain site.
