they asked what I liked to do so I been researching
My advice (I'm not an expert) would be to see a specialist women's health physiotherapist before going for surgery. They may be able to help. Also make sure you see a urogynaecologist who specialises in prolapse to discus surgery and research different operations. Good luck.
