Advice for nearly being sick when going to the toliet? How do u stop this?

Starting to really heave and sick coming up my throat when gojng to the toliet? Anyone got any tips how to stop this

I've never had those symptoms, but do you have severe constipation issues? Is it defecation you are having problems with making you sick? I've heard of issues with severe constipation causing heaving and sometimes throwing up waste.

I have slow transit constipation and my bowel now so lazy I can't go. I get very sick when I am bloated and pass out in pain. I have woken up lots of times with poo everywhere.  I am now having to have iliostomy to try and get my life back
