Yes I am better, so far. I'm 4 weeks out and the burning is gone. I had a neurectomy on the ilioinguinal iliohypogastric and genitofemoral nerves. Google Dr Lee Dellon and read his free chapter online about nerve pain. I initially saw Dr Dellon but went with Dr Hashemi as I had other issues and he has a physiatrist in his office who did platlet rich plasma injections. The neurectomy is a one hour outpatient procedure

Yeah me too. I'm doing physical therapy now.

Yeah, me to I've been in PT for ever..My burring when away by PT. But I have VERY guarded Pelvic Floor Muscle. And my legs and Pelvic spasm at times all over. And tight low back, my spine is not to blame.
