It is perfectly natural to have daily vaginal discharge. However if it is concerning you since you have linked it with a ex boyfriend you can always go for tests at your local sexual health clinic. Your vagina does self clean and I would avoid washing with perfumed/scented products, water only will suffice. Discharge should not have a bad smell or if you have itching it could be thrush. Either way get your self checked to put your mind at rest
