Hi, I found Rhus Tox (from Nelsons on Amazon) shifted my sciatic pain - until a phsyio recommended Pilates which I tried. Now I have another bad flare up and am again starting Rhus Tox - it's inexpensive so maybe worth a go as it worked wonders for me. x
