How is it cheaper to go to France for PNE surgery? What is air fare, hotel cost, surgery and other costs?

Hi, I went to France as at that time there was no team in the UK with the funding. I tried to contact the Bristol team but was told that they had folded due to lack of funds. So, basically I had no other option. We have a motorhome and stayed on a campsite in Nantes with direct tram link to the hospital, that bit worked very well.

You can rent a cabin on this site and I would think this might be your cheapest option. We paid the full cost of the operation but later the hospital asked for our E112 it is similar the E111 With the E112 you might be to get help with the operation costs from UK. This has to be arranged before you go for the operation so we did not follow it up as it was too late for us. The cost of the operation and hospital fees was about 6,000 euro. I also went to France because they have been doing this operation and investigations for a long time and I felt that they were the experts. Foe me the operation was partly successful although I do still have serious problems. Hope this is of some help to you,
