I have stinging and burning alot!! Im doing trigger point injectiong in the vagina muscles,then seeing a pelvic therapist Ive also have intersticial cystitous and pelvic pain and fibromalgia for about 26 yrs now..still trying to get relief,good luck any more questions Id be glad to answer.

may I ask you some questions?

when yo wake up in the morning , you wake up without pain but when you sit down for short time,do you start feeling the stinging and burning in the entrance of the vagina?

can you wear underwear? can you wear djeans?

because me when I wake up in the morning and I go toilet and I rince with the water then the burning sensation will start and doesn't stop.

also I notice that when I sit down even for 3 minutes the burning sensation starts and doesn't stop.

Sadly your symptoms are similar to mine and been diagnosed with bilateral pudendal entrapment and consequently had surgery. Really hope you get some answers
