Lower abdominal pain

Hi just woundering if anybody can help..I have lots of abdominal pain in my leftside just were my ovaries and for the past month its moved to the right hand side..The pain is getting worse and is now worse then when I had an appendicitis just woundering what I can do to helo as no pain killers are heloing x

It could be Endometriosis or ir could be due to your scar... For what I have read (and own experience) the symptoms of endometriosis are similar to those of appendicitis and so endometriosis is always misdiagnosed or never diagnosed, causing woman to have pain for several years without knowing what it is.

just guessing... you could have endometriosis in ovaries (blood cyts - endometrioma) or it could be the scar of your past appendix surgery causing some problems, like adhesions. Adhesions can distort/pull the organs out of place or cause nerve compressionand, that causes pain.... they are formed as a result of inflammation (like endometriosis) or surgery cuts.

Your pain is worst in the first 2/3 weeks (every day) of your menstrual cycle and in the last week gets better? The pain starts all over again with the beginning of other cycle of menstruation?

I would suggest that you do an ultrasound with a gynecologist who knows how to identify endometriosis (not every doctor can), just to rule out this hypothesis.
