I hope you can all truly believe that you matter. We all deserve to take time for ourselves to 'charge' so to speak ourselves mentally as well as physically. We cant keep doing for others if we don't care for ourselves as well. It's almost like trying to keep driving on a near empty tank.

What have you done lately to care for yourself? even 10 minutes a day can make a difference if we truly meet our own needs too.
