A One Time Experience

Trial at the time; 1.5 mg Methylcobalamin, 1.5 mg Adenosylcobalamin, 1 mg Hydroxocobalamin. 5 times a day including setting an alarm to inject at night. 50 mg P-5-P B5 twice a day to prevent extreme pain of peripheral neuropathy due to B6 deficiency.

I had been working with the concept that if I pushed too hard I would experience my stuffy head. Hoping I would come to know when I was close to that point. Ironically my stuffy head seems to be on the wane now I discovered concentration of B12 is important. So I had what is a full day for me right now and went to get something to eat about ½ an hour from my house.

It was raining and turned to freezing rain which if you can’t deal with move out of NH. It does take energy to drive in freezing rain. I got home ate and was going to work on my jigsaw puzzle. The power went out. If you can not deal with that move.

I went to bed knowing it was likely that the power would be on in a few hours and I would have heat. I injected by flashlight and went to sleep. Figured I would enjoy the complete dark. Taping over the LEDs got away from me the last few years. Sleeping without artificial light is good for me. No scientific evidence from the dull people.

5 hours later I woke up in pain from peripheral neuropathy. I have not experienced that in about a year. My house was 10 degrees celsius. Due to the ice, driving to a hotel was not a preferred course of action. I could have walked to a house with a generator. I injected and put clothes on and went back to bed. Woke up 5 hours later in 4 degrees celsius. Thing is I felt fine. Got warm in my car and that was the end of it. No Pain! I actually felt good.

Power for me and 70,000 services was restored by the next day. We are good at this sort of thing. It was cool to be able to know what was going on with the power as the company is not government run and they sent texts.

It is a one off I am not about to repeat.

Apparently I was able to use up my B12 at my current level of self treatment in 5 hours. Leading to confirmation that I use up B12 in that time. See Chady for the only information on using up b12 other than on this forum. I believe he viewed it as recycling of B12 ability.

It was restored with my scheduled injection and sleep even in the cold. Good to know. Here is the thing. I have used cold water and being in the cold and then getting warm my whole life. With swimming until I became to B12 deficient to benefit from it. Note: There is no scientific evidence that cold then warm therapy is effective and the many of us including professional athletes that benefit from it are full of nonsense and need to get in line.

So this experience has given me impiduce to work on my get cold then warm understanding to heal. And makes me look even more forward to open water swimming. I can experience not being able to get warm no matter what I do. Swimming then getting warm in the sun is the best. Unless you buy into sun energy is bad. Exercise and getting warm works most times. That I had pain and it went away with B12 is reason to do a trial of not taking B6.

The sun is easy for me. I have reviewed the 'information'. I simply do not get pink. That is easy most of the time. I cover and use sunscreen as needed to not injure. Turn pink. I do not fret about it at all.

Now when in South America that is a waterproof sun screen and hat situation for a while or I turn pink.
