I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency. I'm recovering from covid it's been 3 weeks. Not sure if the covid knocked my B12 down. I had first injection today. I woke up out of my sleep my body burning and dry month. I had that feeling first week of covid it went away. Now I'm not sure if the B12 is fighting it. Anyone experience this with doing the B12 injection? Is it a side effect? Should I stop the B12 injections.

B12 deficiency
I wouldn't stop the b12 your body is used to and needs. It took me 5 weeks to get over covid.
Drink loads of water .
Eat well.
I have needed extra B12 injections each time I have had Covid or flu.
It took me a while, after having Covid back in Jan 2021, to recover. There had been times, during Covid, when I'd missed a couple of injections as I just wasn't well enough to do them. As soon as I was well enough, I increased the amount of injections I was having for a few weeks, and do think this helped in recovery.
Drinking plenty of water and sleeping a lot also helped me. Try to eat, even if little and often or bland food.
There has been some research about the use of B12 for those elderly patients hospitalised with Covid, in order to keep them from requiring respirators - alongside vitamin D and magnesium. Named (memorably if unfortunately) DMB. Had to check the publishing date wasn't 1st April !
Also seems to be some interest in B12 regarding long Covid recuperation.
