So started to SI have to take control as to unwell from Gp advice to stop b12 as high levels

Quick question all the weight loss snd no appetite will I gain my weight back ?

If I’m not absorbing from foods which isn’t to clear ref pa as intrinsic factor neg p cell neg

Had Ana blood positive though

Mild gastritis left from h pylori

Gut issues

So if I’m not absorbing from foods ? B12

How will I gain weight if injecting ?

Ie am I also nit absorbing folate foods ?

My folate level seems ok 18.3

Negative result for anti-parietal cell antibodies strongly suggests it's not PA.

Most likely caused by H. pylori infection.

But h pylori can lead to abs cause PA on researching it

So gastro said my tummy is very good

Just that mild gastritis which I’m healing

The inflammation so am or why am I still def in b12

Which is why Gp said stop you dint need it
