Okay so it's hard not to attribute everything to low b12, but there's a new twist to my recurring teeth aching.....I have muscle spasms in my right cheek that run along my lip over the top right upper teeth. If it was stronger, it would make my lip curl in a funny way, but it's only noticeable to me. It's not a fast "twitch," and it's not visible in a mirror. It's more like a slow muscle contraction as though I am putting on it an electrode of one of those tens machines chiropractors sometimes use.
Anyone else? (Or am I just crazy?)
