Hi i have suffered with liw b12 over many years and in the past have been as low as 80 . I am only pisitive for parietal cell antibodies. (So possibly PA)
My b12 levels after loading dose and regular 2 month injections have stayed up in the 600 mark for the last 6 months which i am truly grateful for.
However i intermittently get pins and needles in my legs and arms also a burning sensation on my arms is this normal ??? Or do i have other issues going on
Appreciate any help

Did you have pins and needles and the burning sensation before you started treatment? It could be that your levels have further dropped due to not having frequent enough injections and/or your folate and ferritin (iron stores) levels are too low to support the absorption of the b12.
Folate needs to be 17+ and ferritin 80+
BNF guidelines that GPs should be following state alternate day injections until no further improvement with neurological symptoms. The guidelines also state not to retest once you start treatment.
