Keep feeling like I’m going backwards at the moment. Started self injecting every other day end of October. Felt like I was picking right up and had some good days. Was only getting neuropathy when tired or from walking too much.
Thought would be smoothish sailing from there. Middle of December everything felt like it was getting worse again. I’ve had another cold and severe neurological symptoms returned. Just got blood work done to check everything out again this morning.
Felt like I was picking back up again last night neuropathy dialled back down then had 6 vials of blood taken this morning and feel utterly dreadful again.
Is it possible to feel good and then worse again? I’m struggling to feel like I’m on the right path. Feel like I’m on a see-saw!

That's what is happening to me. I'm on every other day hydroxocobalamin injections. Really picked me up initially. From bedbound virtually to being up most of the day. Saturday actually walked into optician and 2 shops. Sunday and up to now totally exhausted again. So yes like you waiting for improvement to at least function. I think a symptom has gone only for it to return for a while . I think this neurological stuff takes so long to mend. I feel for you as so difficult . I'm forgetting what my normal is. I wish you well

Update - had to go to A&E yesterday 
Would going to an endocrinologist be helpful?
