Symptom relief from B12

For those of us with numbness or tingling, especially in the face as well as hands and or feet, did the facial numbness resolve before or after the extremities - or at the same rate- once you'd started B12 supplementation?

I don't exactly remember...

Both these mostly went before the paraesthesia over my shoulder... But all come back if I don't get the right balance of supporting supplements to keep my B12 working properly.

Everyone is different with different degrees of nerve damage and repair. The good news is that with enough B12 and supporting supplements you do stand a good chance of it improving for at least a couple of years.
