I find that I occassionally get a tingling around my nose.

Some people do have problems with the trigeminal nerve that runs through the face,

it probably just means that you need to top up your B12 levels

Yes, often on one side of my face although not as bad as feet. I’ve also noticed that finger ends go completely numb for a few hours at a time

I have tingling on my face. That’s how I was diagnosed as being B12 deficient. It started on my lips then slowly spread to my nose, chin, right cheek, right ear and odd patches on my head. It wasn’t until then that I ended up with tingling on my arms, legs and stomach. The tingling has improved with the injections. I found it very difficult to concentrate with my face and head numb. Hopefully your will improve with treatment.
