Oops ordered wrong b12!

I think in my b12 haggled brain I've ordered the incorrect b12. I'm so stupid! I think I have ordered the cyanocobalamin instead of the hydroxocobalamin! I could seriously cry. I hate that your brain doesn't function correctly and you do stupid things like this. Is this going to be ok to use? Because I will have 100 vials soon!!!

Hi alison687 the only thing is that you may have to inject more frequently than with hydrox or methyl. Try every 4 weeks and see how you get on, it will do you no harm.

I've been on cyanocobamalin for 46 years and I'm still "clivealive" and over 75

Infinitely infinitesimal amount - probably less than in an apple pip and you'd need to chew 200 of them to do any harm.

Cyano is widely used in the U.S

Glad that you’ve heard from clivealive who could put your mind at rest . Yes in USA it’s the form of B12 that is commonly used . It will do the trick !

Hi wedgewood how long does the b12 take to come? I had an email saying it had been dispatched on Sunday night and know it is coming from Germany just wondered how long roughly it took.

If it is coming from versandapo.de it takes 3-4 working days . They use a courier service , not mail .Depends on public holidays too .

Yes it’s easy to make a mistake if you don’t read the print on the illustrated packet . You often need to enlarge it to see it clearly .But Cynocobalamin does work . You might need to take it a little more often than Hydroxocobalamin.

Yeah, clivealive has put my mind at ease. I'll see how I go with it. Hopefully might be here tomorrow or Thursday then. Really struggling the past few days xx
