Do you need methylcobalamin? Have you tried hydroxocobalamin?

There's a lot of misinformation on the interwebs about methyl vs hydroxocobalamin. Yes, some people have mutations that hinder the conversion of hydroxo to methylcobalamin. But the most often quoted is a mutation in the gene that codes for the MTHFR enzyme. But MTHFR isn't directly involved in the methylation of hydroxocobalamin, it is involved in the formation of methyltetrahydrofolate, which then methylates hydroxocobalamin. But you can take methyltetrahydrofolate capsules to fix that problem (they're sold as 'methyl folate').

You can get methylcobalamin for injection from the b12d.org website.

B12d.org Dr Chandry has researched B12deficiency for years and is well known By PAS he is based in Durham UK. They will supply the ampoules.

Unfortunately the ampoules are too expensive, so they'll be going back to the bottles - b12d.org/b12d/submit/viewbl... - which is a shame.

I would suggest you try hydroxocobalamin.

My post "My Experiences" has some of my details and may give you some ideas.

Good luck!
