Recently at Amputee Physio someone (not an amputee or physio) told me the way to alleviate was to take high doses of Vitamin D although they didn't know how high high was! This sounds like nonsense to me. I have been on 1000 IU per day for a few years since a blood test showed my level to be 24% of the minimum. Has anybody had experience or heard of this?
