Linda, thanks for posting. I saw this article elsewhere but couldn't make head nor tail, I'm afraid. What is the gist of it?!

Basically the group of scientists reporting are saying that they have identified the particular cell type within the ovary which is most likely to develop into ovarian cancer if certain key genes which normally stop cells developing into tumours have mutated. The hope is that this will give researchers a target for treatments to stop the development of tumours in these cases.
