Papillary Serous Carcinoma

Looking through an old scan report to find Sandra,s definitioin of OC is as stated above and without a grade. Does anyone know if this is the most common form of OC.

I think it is and I also have this but the low grade type

I think it is too and I also have the low grade type (diagnosed at age 40). - Nicola

Onc confirmed it is quite a common variant of OC. He also confirmed it was high grade which although faster growing cancer they tend to respond well to chemo.

Hi,

I was also diagnosed with serous papillary carcinoma , mine was also a high grade 3 aggresive tumour with enometriod cells in it.

Although high grades are faster growing and the most likely to return, they do respond better to treatments.

My oncologist also told me that these are usually of high grade and they are one of the most common types of OV cancers seen.
