Hi Chrissy, I've just spotted your msg and wanted to belatedly add that my sister has had an almost identical response to the chemo after her first treatment on 4th Feb. I felt so wretched watching her suffer that I joined this site to ask it this was normal and received lots of reassurance from the ladies. She is now on day 9 and is also feeling a lot better physically although still very emotional and weepy. It's just nice to know sometimes that there is light at the end of the tunnel when you have no idea about chemo and its effects. I hope you are still feeling good and managing to get some enjoyment out of life. Sending lots of best wishes and hopes that your third treatment will be easier for you. Love Mel xx

Thanks for your reply and wishes mel. Just had 3rd yesterday so feelin ok today due to steroids I think. Waitin for for the rough part to kick in in few days but keep hopin it won't! I asked oncologist to seek advice of urology team as he meets with them but he refused saying he thought it was just a sensitive bladder and they would look at if after my scan due 27th. So not much joy there. Lucky I'm surrounded by good friends and family which keep me going. Hope your sister is getting thru please give her my good wishes and send her cyber hugs . Your support will be invaluable to her I'm sure. We all need someone who will fight our corner when we are at our most vulnerable. Luv Chrissy. Xxxxxxx
