Another little poem

Cancer cancer go away

I need to live another day

I must fight, I must be brave

If my life I am to save

The chemo torture I will endure

If it brings a temporary cure

Research research please be quick

And find a cure before I'm too sick

Cancer cancer go away

So I can live another day

Hi George,

I just wanted you to know, that you are in my thoughts, I hope things went well in telling your family (or as well as it could go) I have already commented on your lovely poignant poem..... and it does encapsulate how we all feel...

I wonder if you could tag it under " poems" that way we can all read it again whenever we wish without searching for it... We then only need to press tags and " P "and it will come up.... you also wrote another poem ( earlier) I read it and then it disappeared ...as it goes further back... perhaps you could tag that as well ?? to tag it it is the little box on the bottom of your blog.. But I think you have to press edit first... Thanks love x G x :-)

Hi Gwyn

Have done what you said with the poems, hope it's worked.

Family have been very supportive as usual, but it's just horrible that each time the news just gets worse for them and I know it's not my fault,

it's this horrible disease but somehow can't help feeling responsible, it's a mum thing I think.

All the best, love george x

Hi George

Like I said on my recent poem blog... I couldn't find yours on the poems tag .. But you did me a favour as I hadn't realised you can have them under a few tags... so both the tribute poems I did for for Lizzie I put under ... A Tribute to Lizzie... Now I've got them under the poems tag as well... but I still can't find yours..... Because if I press the poems tag all the poems come up..... but not yours? love xGx :-)
