Hi Emma, I don’t know about this trial…what agents are they using?

I have done a trial at the Marsden and they look after you really well, the visits can be full on tho, I used to get a hotel if I had two days on the trot…they paid xx

Thank you for your reply.

The trial is for Bevacizamab and a new drug (Mirvetuximab) as maintenance after 2nd line treatment.

I’m feeling frustrated because I can’t find out the details of the trial, timings etc until my oncologist makes my referral. I’m due to start chemo next friday at my local hospital and I’ve been told that the trial starts from cycle 3, but I want to be sure. I’m going there might be someone out there who’s signed up already and has insider info ‘ ☺️x

I wonder if you can get in touch with the research nurses at the Marsden? They might even be able to run through the referral criteria. For you.
