I Have been on niraparib since September 22 I was warned about the side effects and that I might not tolerate it .There has been a few bumps along the way when I first started taking it I had insomnia and a dry mouth and joint pain but it seems to have all settled down now I do find keeping dehydrated helps.So far niraparib has given me hope .

I have been on niraparib since Feb 2022. Thankfully I have been tolerating it pretty well. I do have a runny nose, raspy voice, occasional gum bleeding, and my blood pressure is higher than normal for me but I used to run 90/60 so it’s now average. I had some hip joint pain in the beginning but that could also have been from the chemo I was on at the time. So far working for me. Best of luck!
Been on niraparib for 2 years, 200mg, high BP and insomnia, but otherwise fine, doing its job, long may it last😊
