I have had raised CA125 for a while now - keeps going from 35-51 - had an ultrasound but it was fine (small cyst) and I also have had endometriosis since very young. As levels has not gone down I have been referred for an MRI and I am freaking out. Has anyone had any thing similar here?
They have gone from saying it is fine and things can be raised for a number of reasons to now referring me.. this is what has concerned me I think.

I imagine it must be daunting but am glad they are checking it out to be sure rather than just putting it all down to your endometriosis without an MRI to assure them and you that it is all OK. Good luck.
Hi, I hope you are doing ok. Did you ever have an update on your ca125 and what is causing the fluctuations? I’m currently going through similar and so far I have had clear scans.
Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Stage IIIc low grade serous ovarian. [edited by moderator]. I was diagnosed 5 years ago. Cancer came back 3 years later. Now I'm in remission. Good antibiotic, chaga and Turkey tail help me through my journey.
Also, celery juice first thing in the morning and not drinking liquid for 20 minutes helps me with my stomach issues. Pure miracle. None of the prescriptions helped. [I] stay away from sugar [edited by moderator].
Now my ca125 went up to 44. My oncologist keeps reassuring me that as long as my cat scan is cleanm then I should not worry.
I’m now back on the schedule of 3 Cat Scan and living my life the best way I can! No maintenance drugs now as he’s keeping them up his sleeve if needed in future and I’m happy with that.

my ca125 was 50 I was sent for ultrasound then ct and mri I had a cyst 25cm on ovary and just found out after surgery and full hysterectomy it was a rare form of cancer it was caught early and contained a 1a I have my three month check in feb my operation was in October so still recovering but all is going well.
