Hello All

This is to let you know about a survey we are undertaking to help us understand your experience of the different therapies/cancer drugs that are prescribed after chemotherapy has finished.

If you are over 18, are being treated in the UK and have been diagnosed with advanced high grade serous ovarian cancer, high grade epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal carcinoma then we'd really appreciate it if you are able to take 5 minutes to share your experiences.

This is an anonymous survey and you don’t have to provide any personal details. The results of this survey will be used in a piece of research that is being undertaken by a panel of clinicians to help them better understand patient perspective.

👉The short survey can be accessed through this link: surveymonkey.co.uk/r/PWVG5D7
