Good morning all

At Ovacome we want to ensure that your views are heard.

This survey is to help us understand your experience of the different therapies/cancer drugs that are prescribed after chemotherapy has finished. If you are over 18, are being treated in the UK and have been diagnosed with advanced high grade serous ovarian cancer, high grade epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal carcinoma then please do take 5 minutes to share your experiences.

This is an anonymous survey and you don’t have to provide any personal details. The results of this survey will be used in a piece of research that is being undertaken by a panel of clinicians to help them better understand patient perspective.

The short survey can be accessed through this link: surveymonkey.co.uk/r/PWVG5D7

If you have any questions then please do get in touch with our support team. You can send us a message directly through this forum, email us via support@ovacome.org.uk or call our friendly support line on 0800 008 7054. We're here Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm.

We really appreciate your participation.

Best wishes
