This is a post to let you all know about what's taking place through Ovacome's Staying Connected programme next week - and to remind you all that you would be really welcome to join us. All these events are run online via Zoom. If anyone is unfamiliar with Zoom and would like support to get set up, we would be very happy to help - please just let us know.

Monday 21 November – Our gentle strengthening exercise class is taking place between 11am-12pm. These sessions have been specially designed to support those diagnosed with ovarian cancer, with more information available here: ovacome.org.uk/event/exerci...

In addition, WOCS (Worcestershire Ovarian Cancer Support Group) have a meeting between 11am – 1pm, providing a safe and supportive environment for those diagnosed with ovarian cancer in Worcestershire to speak with others who may be going through similar experiences. Wednesday 23 November – Between 5:30 – 7pm, our bereavement support group is taking place for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close to them because of ovarian cancer. The group offers an opportunity to meet others who are grieving, share experiences and receive support in safe and welcoming space. Thursday 17 November – This meeting is an opportunity for our Walk With Me group to catch-up with one another online once a month. You need to be part of the Walk With Me WhatsApp group to attend the online meeting. If you would like to join the Walk With Me WhatsApp group to share friendship, encouragement, stories, and photos from your walks you can do so through this page on our website: ovacome.org.uk/teal-walk-ch... .

Friday 18 November – Our Friday afternoon tea and chat group will be meeting between 1:30-3:30pm. These weekly sessions provide an opportunity to speak to others living with ovarian cancer, whether to talk through anything that's on your mind, ask for advice, or just to have a chat.
