4th Covid Jab

Had No 4 on Sunday, and had bloods taken Wednesday fully prepared for CA125 to have gone up as it seems has happened to a lot of you, and it hasnt !

Well done Rosebine , glad its not altered the dreaded CA125 test. It did with me for a short while. Not sure if l will get offered the 4th Jab don't actually know how they decide who to give to , have you any idea? Anyhow please keep wellSending love as usual. I think you need to be on the CEV list to get 4th Jab, which you should be surely

I've struggled to get my 4th jab but should have it as on chemo (also if recovering). It seems a lottery as to whether medical records are flagged correctly. I managed to arrange it through my GP eventually but have written to my MP about my concerns of having to stay on top of all this myself and she is contacting local NHS Trust. Do chase it up xx

Your right it most definitely a lottery, and we do have to chase everything at the moment. Might ask my GP about 4th Jab lm lucky mines very caring. But good for you writing to your MP although we shouldn't have to love SheilaFxxx

I’m pretty cross that nobody mentioned covid booster to me at chemo or go and in fact I am not listed on the register! Though eligible. Thought about it last week and doc reception said to ring 119 so booked in for it. Could have done this three weeks ago and cross as I have come down with covid now ….. getting anti virals tomorrow only because I asked …..

I know, it's harder to stay on top of all this when you are in the middle of treatment too. And then we have to prove what I assume is plastered over our medical records too! I felt so strongly, I wrote to my MP and she managed to get my status amended as vulnerable on the records.

Have had to cancel booster due to getting covid itself…. Good job a friend told me about the anti virals, had it already

Doc receptionist told me to ring 119 to check eligibility and upshot is I’ve booked a pharmacy fifteen miles away for the day I need and need to take proof of being on chemo as I am not updated on nhs records as vulnerable. Yes another thing one thinks of to do oneself ..
