Had a 2 weeks break and felt great. back on 4 days and I could eat a horse again twice! How is it Im the only one that hasnt lost her appetite on it ! Accidentally passed the M & S bakery counter and bought two Banana bread muffins and ate them in the car on the way home (only a 5 minute trip) Hope its worth it in the end

Nothing stops my appetite either. But I’m grateful for that because I totally enjoy food and would miss it if I had no appetite.

I have never lost my appetite but I try to avoid things with a lot of sugar in as my onc said the best chance of beating the cancer meat there were three things to avoid -- smoking, alcohol and sugar, and otherwise to eat a normal balanced diet. Eating is good. It helps keep your strength up for this long, long battle. Best wishes x

I'm the same. I never feel full sometimes. But I love my food and love cooking. So after not eating or cooking while doing chemo. I'm enjoying myself.
