Anyone ever told the CA shrink down and only strands left. Even after surgery strands are still there in the omentum ?

No I never had this,but are you having chemo ? I only ask as this may get rid of the strands,?

My sis already had four chemo, surgery and two more chemo to go

One of the posters explained: "I I have had "fat stranding" on ct scans after finishing chemo. The oncologist said it was a term the radiologist used for scarring or stretching of the peritoneum where the tumor had been. Both times there no other signs of the cancer.
