I seem to experience a sharp pain on my left rib and upper back when breathing. Feel dizzy, nausea , experience headaches and seem to forget quickly

Are you on treatment? In which case it could be a side effect. Twinges are a regular thing for me but they can lead to worry... can you make a symptom diary of when you get it and then you will have something to present to your oncologist or CNS xx

I am not on any medication, this sharp pain comes and goes. I get chills to a point where an object I hold starts shaking too. There's this heavy weight on my upper back.

You need to call your CNS, specialist nurse or your Chemo Emergency line and report these unusual symptoms.

Do this right away.

Absolutely agree with Laura. I've just had an emergency admission with the same symptoms and left it too long. They've changed my medication and I feel like a new woman. CT results today to see what's causing it. Don't suffer in silence.
