By doxy do you mean doxycycline an off-label drug? Gwen x

The steroids merely help you tolerate your treatment.

It is the chemo that destroys your cancer and therefore lowers your CA-125 score.

Hard to answer without more info - why are you on those drugs, what dose steroids, how long have you been on them, same questions for doxyclycline, and are you receiving any other treatment such as chemo. And how much has your CA125 reduced...

Medium to long term steroids can reduce inflammation and inflammation can cause an increase in ca125 so technically yes. It would probably have little or no effect for the amount given to get you through chemo though. Xx
