Chemo starts

So after 4 weeks delay I’m back on at a slightly reduced dose every 4 weeks just carbo anyone else have an experience like this my CA125 after surgery was 19 after two lots of previous dose was CA125 is currently 11 - just have to put faith in the Drs - suffered with low platelets and neutraphils recently hence slightly lower dose and bigger gap between treatments x

Lavender, your CA125 is a nice kinda low normal. What was it when you were diagnosed? It sounds like you're doing well.

Hi there they didn’t tell me when I got diagnosed as they’d done surgery and wanted it to settle down when I started chemo around 8 weeks after it was 19 coming down from 455 pre surgery x

I remember that they put a Neulasta patch on me. It has something to do with white cell count to avoid infection. One thing during chemo is to drink lots of water. God Bless
